Skøn Skincare accepts payment via Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and MobilePay. Payment will only be debited from your payment card when the goods are dispatched.
Skøn Skincare uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card details with the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.

RETURNS
You can return your purchase within the 14-day withdrawal period. To return an item, please send us an email at info@skonskincare.com. You will then receive a return label from us. There is a shipping fee of 39 DKK, which we will deduct when we refund your money. The item must be returned in its original packaging, which must not be damaged, and the product must not have been opened.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
A 14-day full right of withdrawal is provided for all items purchased in our webshop. The 14 days start from the day the package has arrived at the parcel shop, and the cancellation must be notified to us within this deadline. The package must be returned within a reasonable time and no later than 14 days after the notice of withdrawal has been given. You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. If the item has been opened, we consider it used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item.
RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
A 2-year right of complaint is provided in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. The complaint does not apply to defects or damages caused by incorrect operation of the product.
COMPLAINTS
If you have a complaint about a product purchased in our webshop, you are always welcome to contact us, and we will find a solution. You can also file a complaint with the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's Center for Complaint Resolution.
PRIVACY POLICY
We register your personal data for the purpose of being able to deliver your ordered goods to you. The personal data is registered with Skøn Skincare and kept for five years, after which the information is deleted. When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that it always happens by providing your explicit consent, so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
