Skøn Skincare accepts payment with Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Mobilepay. Payment will only be debited to your payment card when the item is dispatched.

Skøn Skincare uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card details with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.

DELIVERY

RETURNS
You can return your purchase within the right of cancellation, which is 14 days. To return an item, please email us at info@skonskincare.com. You will then receive a return label from us. It costs DKK 39 in shipping, which we deduct when we refund money to you. The item must be returned in its original packaging, which must not be damaged and the product must not have been opened.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
There is a 14-day full right of return on all goods purchased in our webshop. The 14 days apply from the day the package has arrived at the parcel shop and the cancellation must be notified to us before this period. The package must be returned within a reasonable time and no later than 14 days after notification of cancellation. You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. If the item has been opened, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item.

RIGHT OF COMPLAINTS
There is a 2-year right to complain in accordance with the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product.

COMPLAINANT
Do you have a complaint about a product purchased in our webshop, you are always welcome to contact us and we will find a solution. You can also complain to The Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's Center for Complaint Resolution.

PRIVACY POLICY
We register your personal data for that purpose to be able to deliver your ordered goods to you. The personal information is registered with Skøn Skincare and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted. When personal information is collected via our es website, we ensure that it always happens by giving your express consent, so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
