Your right to withdraw

As a consumer, you may withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of the day you or a person you nominate, other than the carrier, receives the goods. If goods in one order arrive separately, the period starts when the last item is received.

Tell us clearly that you wish to withdraw before the deadline, for example by email to info@skonskincare.com or by letter to Skøn Skincare ApS, Bakkegårdsvej 212, 3050 Humlebæk, Denmark. You may use the model form below, but it is not compulsory. Please include your order number if available. Simply refusing delivery or not collecting a parcel does not, on its own, notify us of withdrawal.

Returning your goods

Send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after telling us that you wish to withdraw. Return address: Skøn Skincare ApS, Bakkegårdsvej 212, 3050 Humlebæk, Denmark. Pack the goods securely and keep proof of posting. You pay the direct cost of returning goods when exercising your right of withdrawal. If you choose to use our return label, the published charge is DKK 39, deducted from your refund. You do not have to use our label to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Condition of returned goods

You may inspect goods to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. You are only liable for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for that inspection. Original packaging is recommended for safe transport, but missing or damaged packaging does not automatically remove your right to withdraw. Any reduction in value is assessed individually.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been broken after delivery. This exception applies only where those conditions are met; it does not automatically apply to all cosmetics or to an opened outer shipping box.

Refunds

If you withdraw from the entire order, we refund all payments received, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Additional costs for a more expensive delivery option you chose are not refunded. We refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever happens first.

We use the same payment method you used for the purchase unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not be charged a refund fee. Any lawful deduction for reduced value or an agreed return label will be explained.

Faulty or incorrect goods

Your statutory rights concerning faulty goods are separate from the right of withdrawal and are not limited by this policy. Contact info@skonskincare.com if a product is faulty or you received the wrong item so that we can arrange the appropriate solution. For a valid complaint, we cover reasonable return shipping costs.
