PAYMENT
Skøn Skincare accepts payment by Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and MobilePay. Payment will only be charged to your card once the item has been dispatched.
Skøn Skincare uses an approved payment server that encrypts all card information using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This ensures that your information cannot be read by unauthorised parties.

RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As a consumer, you have 14 days from receiving your goods to notify us that you wish to withdraw, without giving a reason. If one order is delivered in separate parts, the period starts when you receive the last item. Send the goods back within 14 days after giving notice.

FAULTY GOODS AND COMPLAINTS
Consumers have a two-year statutory right to complain about defects under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This is not a guarantee that every product has a shelf life of two years. Contact us within a reasonable time after discovering a defect; a complaint made within two months is always timely. Damage caused by misuse is not covered. For a valid complaint, the remedy depends on the circumstances and applicable law, and we cover reasonable return shipping costs.
