PAYMENT
Skøn Skincare accepts payment by Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and MobilePay. Payment will only be charged to your card once the item has been dispatched.
Skøn Skincare uses an approved payment server that encrypts all card information using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This ensures that your information cannot be read by unauthorised parties.

RETURNS
You may return your purchase within the 14-day right of withdrawal period. To return an item, please email us at info@skonskincare.com. You will then receive a return label from us. The return shipping costs DKK 39, which will be deducted from your refund. The item must be returned in its original packaging, which must not be damaged, and the product must not have been opened.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
A full 14-day right of withdrawal applies to all items purchased from our webshop. The 14 days are calculated from the day the parcel arrives at the parcel shop, and notice of withdrawal must be given to us within this period. The item must be returned within a reasonable time and no later than 14 days after the withdrawal has been reported.
You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the item caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product. If the item has been opened, it is considered used, which means that in the event of withdrawal you may receive only a partial refund or no refund at all, depending on the commercial value of the product.
COMPLAINTS
A 2-year right to complain applies in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This right covers defects in materials and/or manufacturing. The right does not cover faults or damage caused by incorrect use of the product.
COMPLAINTS HANDLING
If you have a complaint about a product purchased from our webshop, you are always welcome to contact us and we will find a solution. You may also submit a complaint to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority’s Centre for Complaint Resolution.
PRIVACY POLICY
We register your personal data for the purpose of delivering your ordered goods. The personal data is registered with Skøn Skincare and stored for five years, after which it is deleted. When personal data is collected via our website, this always takes place with your explicit consent, ensuring that you are informed about exactly which data is collected and why. You may request the deletion of your data at any time.
COOKIES
This website uses cookies—small text files stored on your device—to help us provide a better experience when you visit us. Cookies are generally used to recognise you when you return and may help, for example, to remember the contents of your shopping basket and provide anonymous data to third-party applications such as Google Analytics.
