When using Crystal body scrub, it is important that you always uses circular movements. First of all, it gives a more uniform and even exfoliation. In addition, it is good for blood circulation with the circular movements. Make sure you don't scrub back and forth as it instead wears and strains the skin.
To achieve the best result, it pays to spend some time exfoliating more thoroughly, especially on the dry areas. The body scrub is without added perfume.
After the treatment, the skin is soft and appears both smoother and more even. A wonderful feeling of velvety skin like radiates vitally. But the very best thing is that when you subsequently use your body oil or serum, you get a much better absorption and utilization of the good nutrients.

Crystal peeling contains real quartz crystal granules which are small refined crystal balls that polish and refine the skin's surface without scratching.
To stimulate blood circulation, the apricot kernels are granules, which eliminate the dead and accumulated skin cells. The combination of these exfoliating granules works effectively at the same time as a gentle and caring cream exfoliation.
It's a good idea to use a body peel as a regular part of your skin care routine. This is because the exfoliation itself has a stimulating effect on cell renewal.
When the dry skin is removed, the skin subsequently becomes better able to absorb your other care products. In this way, you not only achieve fine and smooth skin, but you also get full use of your other care products.
It varies where often we need to exfoliate, but as a starting point we recommend that you use the Crystal body peeling cream at least once a week and preferably up to 2 to 3 times.

Crystal body peeling is designed for use on the body only. The crystal and the grain size are optimal for the skin on the body. So even though the exfoliating cream is perfume-free and can be used by delicate skin, the product is adapted to the skin on the body.
That's why it will be too abrasive on the skin on the face, where the skin is thinner and more delicate. That's why you get the best result when used on the body. We recommend using our Crystal peeling face scrub instead.
How to use the product:
We recommend that you use it for your care at night under your night cream. Restoring face serum is extra active and you will therefore get the most out of using it at night.
If you want to kick-start your skin's moisture balance, you can use it both night and day for a week under your night cream.
1/ Start by washing yourself in the bath.
2/ Turn off the water and get an appropriate amount out in your hands.
3/ Spread Crystal body peeling on the body and exfoliate the skin all over the body with circular movements.
4/ Rinse off in the bath with lukewarm water.

How to do it:
1/ Massage the Crystal body peeling into the skin with circular movements and rinse off in the bath.
